Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original condition.

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will make it right.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
